Directions

  1. 1Crush and peel garlic.
  2. 2Add some oil to your garlic.
  3. 3Bake for 30-35 min at 350F.
  4. 4Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl.
  5. 5Mix with a stand mixer until the cream is fluffy.
  6. 6Separate the buttermilk from the butter.
  7. 7Ice bath the butter so that you can get rid of every little bit of buttermilk.
  8. 8Crush the confit through a sieve and add to the butter.
  9. 9Add some ocean to the potion.
  10. 10Mix.
  11. 11Wrap the butter.

  • 1.5 tsp salt
