Directions

- 4Roll the chicken breast and seal it.
- 5Coat the chicken in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 6Fry the chicken until golden brown.
- 7Season with salt.
- 8Serve with celeriac remoulade, capers and lemon.
