Directions
- 1Remove the rind of your brie cheese using a vegetable peeler or similar tool.
- 2Cut the brie into small pieces and let it come to room temperature.
- 3Combine equal parts brie and butter in a food processor.
- 4Blend until smooth.
- 5Serve on warm toasted baguette, add to a sandwich or dip for apples.
