2Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil with two cayenne peppers.

4Salt and pepper to taste and brown the mushrooms well before adding the white wine.

6Incorporate the vegetable broth or chicken broth, a tablespoon of cornstarch diluted in water to thicken the sauce a little and chopped fresh parsley.
