1Prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, salt and water. Knead well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2Prepare the aloo stuffing by mixing boiled and mashed potatoes with salt, red chilly powder, cumin, coriander seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chilly and chopped coriander.
3Divide the rested dough into small balls.
4Roll each dough ball into a circle. Add aloo stuffing in the center.
5Fold the dough to create a half-moon shape. Seal the edges to fully enclose the stuffing. Gently roll again to flatten slightly.
6Heat a pan and cook the aloo paratha on medium flame for about 1 minute on each side, applying ghee or oil as desired.
