Boil water to cook noodles later.

Cut potatoes, squash (or zucchini), onion, and radish into small pieces.

Put the chopped potatoes in cold water to prevent browning.

Chop pork into small pieces.

Stir-fry pork until crispy.

Add radish, then potato and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add black bean paste and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes.

Mix 2 tablespoons of potato starch powder with 1/4 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Slowly add the starch mixture to the sauce, stirring continuously until thickened.

Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

Cook the noodles, rinse with cold water, and drain.

Garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers.

Serve the sauce over noodles or rice.
