1Mezclar la harina con la leche en un bol hasta que se formen migas y dejar reposar.
2En otro bol, poner los huevos con el azúcar, el ron, el agua de azahar y una pizca de sal y batir.
3Añadir esta mezcla a las migas de harina y trabajar hasta que se haga una bola.
4En una mesa con un poco de harina, amasar la masa hasta que coja forma.
5Abrir la masa, desmenuzar la levadura y untarla con la mano mojada.
6Cerrar la masa y continuar amasando hasta que al estirar no se rompa fácilmente.
7Añadir la mantequilla blanda y amasar para que se integre.
8Recoger la masa en forma de bola.
9Poner la masa en un bol con aceite y dejar fermentar toda la noche en la nevera, bajando la potencia del frío a la mitad.
10Una vez que la masa haya triplicado su volumen, sacarle el gas.
11Volver a formar una bola y dejar reposar 5 minutos antes de hacer la rosca.
12Darle forma de rosca a la masa.
13Meter la rosca en el horno apagado y cuando haya triplicado su volumen, pintarla con huevo y hornear.
14Hornear a 175°C durante 20-25 minutos.
15Para decorar, mezclar azúcar con un poquito de agua de azahar para hacer una escarcha, y añadir fruta desecada, fruta escarchada, almendras o azúcar perlado al gusto.
