Chop blanched broccoli in a food processor.

In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, hung curd, ginger garlic paste, green chili, chopped onions, crumbled paneer, salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, chopped coriander and dry roasted besan.

Form small tikkis.

Brush with ghee on top.

Bake at 200C for 15-20mins, flipping half way.

Serve hot with some mint-coriander chutney, onions & lemon wedges.
Ingredients
2 cups steam broccoli florets
0.5 cups fresh hung curd
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chillies
0.33 cup chopped onions
80 g crumbled paneer
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
0.5 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
Handful finely chopped coriander leaves
2.5 tbsp dry roasted besan
Tips
Steam the broccoli florets for 5-6mins & then immediately soak them in ice cold water for few mins.
Bake at 200C for 15-20mins, flipping half way!
You can also cook this in a pan with some oil or ghee.
Serve hot with some mint-coriander chutney, onions & lemon wedges!
