Directions

  1. 1Combine water and salt in a bowl and mix. Add flour and mix again. Knead the dough with your hands.
  2. 2Take the dough out of the bowl and knead on the table.
  3. 3Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4Take the dough out of the bowl and cut into 16 pieces. Form each piece into a ball.
  5. 5Flatten each ball with your hands and roll out with a rolling pin.
  6. 6Mix melted butter and oil in a small bowl.
  7. 7Grease a plate with the butter and oil mixture. Place a dough circle on the plate and brush with the butter mixture. Repeat with the remaining dough circles, stacking them on top of each other.
  8. 8Cover the plate with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
  9. 9Spread melted butter on a table.
  10. 10Place the dough on the table and stretch it out with your hands until it is very thin.
  11. 11Heat oil in a pan. Add ground meat and break it up with a spatula. Add oil, chopped onion, sweet paprika, black pepper, salt, and hot pepper and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  12. 12Place the dough on the table and fold it over to make a long strip.
  13. 13Place the meat mixture on the dough strip and fold the dough over to make triangles.
  14. 14Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg.
  15. 15Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
