Directions
- 1Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- 2Blend ingredients until nice and smooth.
- 3Transfer dressing into a jar.

- 3 whole chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 to 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 lime lime juice

- You can add more chipotle peppers to your taste for more spicy and smokiness.
