Scrape the cream filling from the chocolate sandwich cookies into a separate bowl.

Place the cookie parts into a food processor.

Pulse the food processor until the cookies turn into crumbs.

While the food processor is on, slowly drizzle in milk until a dough forms.

Scrape the edges of the food processor bowl to ensure the milk is fully incorporated and blitz a few times if needed.

Microwave the cream filling for 15 seconds to make it more workable.

Add approximately three tablespoons of milk into the cream filling and mix well.

Turn out the cookie dough onto a piece of plastic wrap.

Cover the cookie dough with another piece of plastic wrap.

Use a rolling pin to shape the cookie dough into a rectangle.

Plop the cream mixture on top of the cookie dough rectangle.

Sushi roll the cookie dough with the cream filling inside.

Roll the log back and forth on the saran wrap to keep it tight and seal everything in.

Place the roll into the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Slice the chilled sushi roll into individual pieces.

Tips
If you don't have a rolling pin, you can use a can of cooking spray or a wine bottle.
Roll the log back and forth on saran wrap to keep it tight and sealed.
