Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

Roll the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt white chocolate and add blue spirulina and matcha powder. Stir until smooth and the desired color is achieved.

Dip the peanut butter egg shapes into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.

Combine cocoa powder and water in a small bowl to create a mixture for speckles.

Use a paint brush to flick the cocoa mixture over the chocolate-covered peanut butter eggs to create speckles.

Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
