Directions

  1. 1Separate the egg yolks from the whites and set aside the whites.
  2. 2In a bowl, put butter, sugar, cream cheese and whisk it all up.
  3. 3Add egg yolks one by one and whisk them in too.
  4. 4Then add in flour and cornstarch.
  5. 5Mix it all up with a little bit of milk.
  6. 6In another bowl, start whisking your egg whites while slowly adding in sugar.
  7. 7Combine both mixtures, but fold gently, don't mix. You want the air to get inside the batter.
  8. 8Butter up a metal tin and pour in your batter.
  9. 9Tap your tin to remove any bubbles.
  10. 10Put it on a tray with some water.
  11. 11Preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius or 390 degrees Fahrenheit and pop in your cheesecake for 15 minutes.
  12. 12Then reduce the temperature to 140 degrees Celsius or 280 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 30 minutes.
  13. 13Turn off your oven and leave it in for another 30 minutes.
