Directions

1Open a can of chickpeas.

5Add lemon juice, ice cubes, salt, olive oil, and tahini.
6Mix all the ingredients until smooth, taking your time to get the right consistency.
7Prepare the salad by cutting cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
8Slice red onion and add a pinch of salt, then rub together.
9Chop parsley.
10In a bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley, then add lemon juice, olive oil, and sumac, and mix well.
11Spread the hummus on a plate and create a well in the center.
12Spoon the salad into the center of the hummus.
