Cut the top of the onion off.

Place the onion on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, making sure to create a stand for the onion with the foil.

Drizzle oil into the hollowed-out onion.

Roast the onion until tender.

Sauté chopped onions and garlic in a pan.

Add chorizo to the pan and cook until crispy.

Pour chicken broth into the pan.

Add white chili seasoning to the pan.

Add cream cheese to the pan and stir until melted and combined.

Add corn and shredded roasted chicken to the pan.

Cook salami slices in a separate pan until crispy.

Remove the core of the roasted onion.
