Directions
- 1Cut your steak into some bite sizes and set aside.
- 2Stab your potatoes and put them into the oven.
- 3Melt down some butter with garlic and cream.
- 4Strain the butter, garlic, and cream mixture.
- 5Pop out those big potatoes, cut them in half.
- 6Smash the potatoes up in a bowl.
- 7Toss in the liquid (strained butter, garlic, cream) with the mashed potatoes.
- 8Add tomatoes in with a little garlic and basil.
- 9Add stock and heavy cream in with some spices.
- 10Finish with some Parmesan and butter and let that simmer.
- 11Sear the steak on all sides until your sear game is going crazy.
- 12To plate, put mashed potatoes and sauce down.
- 13Top it with those steak bites.
