Peel two Russet potatoes.

Rinse the peeled potatoes and slice them into small pieces.

Add chicken bouillon to water in a pot.

Add the sliced potatoes to the chicken bouillon water and boil until fork-tender.

Place bacon strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.

Season shrimp with Chosen seasoning, Old Bay, and Tony's no salt seasoning.

In a pan, add butter, minced garlic, and shallots.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook until fully cooked.

Add lobster meat to the pan with the shrimp and cook until fully cooked.

Remove the cooked shrimp and lobster from the pan.

To the same pan, add more butter, garlic, and shallots.

Add crab meat and the remaining lobster meat to the pan.

Season with Old Bay seasoning.

Pour in heavy whipping cream.

Add half a Boursin garlic & herb cheese.

Squeeze in the juice of one full lemon.

Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the cooked potatoes into a large mixing bowl.

Add the prepared sauce to the potatoes.

Add bacon and green onions to the potatoes and sauce.

Mash the potatoes until smooth.

Stir the mashed potatoes to combine all ingredients.

Scoop a layer of mashed potatoes into an aluminum pan.

Add some cooked shrimp in the middle of the mashed potatoes.

Add a layer of triple cheese on top of the mashed potatoes and shrimp.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is nice and bubbly.

Pour more sauce over the baked mashed potatoes and cheese.

Top with the remaining cooked shrimp, lobster, bacon, and green onions.

Drizzle with additional sauce.
