Directions

  1. 1Peel the potatoes.
  2. 2Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes.
  3. 3Boil the potato cubes for 20-25 minutes until soft.
  4. 4Transfer the boiled potatoes to a bowl.
  5. 5Mash the potatoes until smooth.
  6. 6Add onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, paprika powder, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes.
  7. 7Mix the seasonings into the mashed potatoes.
  8. 8Add cornstarch to the mashed potato mixture.
  9. 9Mix well until fully combined.
  10. 10Transfer the potato mixture into an ice bag.
  11. 11Flatten the potato mixture in the bag using a rolling pin.
  12. 12Chill the potato mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  13. 13Cut the chilled potato mixture into long rectangular shapes.
  14. 14Deep fry the potato sticks in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  15. 15Drain excess oil from the fries.
  16. 16Drizzle garlic mayo sauce over the fries.
  17. 17Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top.
