2Combine one and a half tablespoons of fresh cracked black pepper, one tablespoon of sea salt, one tablespoon of paprika, one tablespoon of onion powder, one tablespoon of garlic powder, two teaspoons of coriander, two teaspoons of dill weed, one teaspoon of mustard powder, and about one teaspoon of dried lemon zest in a 4 oz jar.
3Shake or roll the jar to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
4Store the seasoning in an airtight container with a tight-fitting lid.
