Directions

  1. 1Dump your vanilla splits into your blender.
  2. 2Add 1/3 cup of water and 3/4 cup of alcohol.
  3. 3Add a slightly rounded heaping cup of sugar and two tablespoons of corn syrup.
  4. 4Mix on high for at least two minutes until it turns a dark color and the texture is very fine and smooth.
  5. 5Add 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
  6. 6Mix on low.

  • 47 g vanilla splits
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 3 3/4 cup alcohol
  • 1 slightly rounded heaping cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
