8Chop the remaining onion and parsley on a cutting board.
9Once cooked, remove the kebab and vegetables from the oven.
10Place the kebab strips, roasted tomatoes, and peppers on a large flatbread.
11Add the fresh chopped onions and parsley on top of the kebab.
