Directions

  1. 1Add chicken thighs to your crock pot and spread them out across the bottom evenly.
  2. 2Add light soy sauce, coco aminos, dark brown sugar, and hoisin sauce to a measuring cup.
  3. 3Add minced garlic, ginger paste, and red pepper flakes to the measuring cup.
  4. 4Whisk the sauce until beautifully combined, then pour it right on top of your chicken thighs.
  5. 5Toss everything around, making sure everything is completely covered before putting the lid on it.
  6. 6Set the crock pot to low for 6 to 8 hours.

  9. 9Get two tablespoons of cold water and two tablespoons of corn starch, whisk until combined, and add to the saucepan.
  10. 10Stir over heat until it starts to boil and thicken.
  11. 11Get it off the heat, grab a bowl, and put some noodles or rice in the bowl.
