Directions

  1. 1将普通面粉3斤，发酵粉6到7克混合，少量多次加水搅拌成絮状
  2. 2将面团揉光滑后，放在盖上盖子发酵2倍大以上
  3. 3摘取树叶清洗干净备用
  4. 4将发酵好的面团分成剂子，在树叶上摆好
  5. 5盖上盖子大火蒸半小时
  6. 6将猪肉，蒜，姜，辣椒，韭菜切碎
  7. 7将切好的肉末等放入锅中翻炒
  8. 8将老豆腐皮，韭菜放入锅中煮1分钟
