Air fried Korean Wings with Kewpie Mayo Ranch

Directions

  1. 1Marinate wings with Kewpie mayo, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least one hour, or overnight.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, gochujang, and minced garlic. Simmer until the sauce has reduced by 1/3.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, chives, dill, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
  4. 4Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Air fry wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. 5Increase air fryer temperature to 400°F and air fry for another 5 minutes to crisp the wings.
  6. 6Toss the cooked wings in the prepared sauce and garnish with chives.
