Directions

Start by roughly chopping some garlic.

Grate some ginger.

Dice and separate some green onions.

Prepare the sauce by adding soy sauce, black vinegar, a little bit of sugar, gochugaru (or regular chili flakes), and sesame seeds to a bowl.

Mix the sauce ingredients together.

Add a good amount of food lube to a hot pan.

Add the garlic, ginger, and onions to the pan.

Once the aromatics become fragrant, add the ground pork.

Season the pork with a little bit of salt.

Cook until the pork is nicely browned.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan with the pork.

Stir the sauce with the pork for about a minute.

Boil noodles in a separate pot.

Go ahead and add your noodles to the pan with the sauce and pork.

Add a little bit of the noodle water.

Mix everything together until the noodles are fully coated.

Serve and enjoy your chili garlic noodles.

Tips
If you don't have gochugaru, just use regular chili flakes.
