Directions

  1. 1Make an instantly flavorful dashi broth by mixing a cup of hot water with a teaspoon of Hondashi.
  2. 2While the dashi broth simmers, add thin-sliced beef and season with garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
  3. 3Mix in some sliced onions to make a lazy bulgogi.
  4. 4Mix in a handful of spinach.
  5. 5Add half a cup of your Hondashi broth.
  6. 6Let it simmer with two beaten eggs.

Tips
