Directions

Boil eggs for 7 minutes, adding some vinegar and salt to the water.

Transfer the boiled eggs to a cold bath.

Chop onion, green onion, Korean green pepper, and red chili.

Prepare the marinade by adding soy sauce and honey to a container.

Add the chopped vegetables to the marinade.

Add minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water to the marinade.

Peel the boiled eggs.

Drop the peeled eggs into the marinade.

If the marinade doesn't cover the eggs, add a paper towel on top.

Close the lid and let the eggs rest in the fridge overnight.

On the next day, serve the Mayak Eggs with rice and kimchi.

Tips
Add vinegar and salt to the boiling water to make peeling eggs easier.
