Cook a package of thick-cut bacon in the oven on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Once the bacon is cooked, drain any extra grease and set it aside.
Carefully tear apart rows of three Hawaiian Rolls. Slice into the tops of the rolls without cutting all the way through them. Set aside.
Lay out the lettuce on a large cutting board. Give it a quick chop and then do the same with a sliced tomato.
Add the cooked bacon and use a large knife to chop all the ingredients together.
Once chopped into small pieces, drizzle some mayo over the chopped ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir everything together well.
Scoop the chopped ingredients into the Hawaiian Rolls.
