Add chicken tenders to a food processor.

Add a couple of tablespoons of cornstarch to the food processor.

Add chicken bouillon powder to the food processor for extra flavor.

Add garlic powder to the food processor.

Add onion powder to the food processor.

Process the chicken mixture until it's finely ground.

Wet your hands and form the chicken mixture into patties, making them slightly larger than your buns.

Place the formed chicken patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put the chicken patties in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

To one bowl, add plain flour.

To a second bowl, add flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Mix the dry ingredients together in the second bowl.

Add water to the dry ingredients in the second bowl until it reaches a pancake batter consistency.

Heat vegetable oil in a cast iron pan.

Take a chicken patty, coat it in the plain flour, and then dip it into the wet batter.

Place the battered chicken patty into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked on the inside.

Remove the cooked chicken patties from the oil and place them on a wire rack.

Spread mayonnaise on the buns.

Add lettuce to the bottom bun.

Tips
