Halve the green bell peppers and place them cut-side up on a baking tray.

Fill each pepper half generously with the Philly cheesesteak filling.

Place a slice of cheese over the filling in each pepper.

Add more filling on top of the cheese slice.

Cover the filled peppers with another slice of cheese.

Place the baking tray with the stuffed peppers into an oven to bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once baked, remove the peppers from the oven.

Use small black pepper pieces or similar to create "ghost eyes" on the melted cheese.

Serve the Philly Cheesesteak Ghost Peppers while hot.
