Steak Sandwiches

Directions

  1. 1Starting off with 35 oz of steak. Make sure to tenderize it.
  2. 2Flip these, we're going to go on both sides.
  3. 3This is a salt and pepper blend, but you can use whatever you want. I'm going to rub this in before I flip it.
  4. 4Hit the other side.
  5. 5Take your steaks, 30 grams of butter. Into the pan.
  6. 6I'm going for medium rare, 2 minutes on one side, flip, 3 minutes 30 seconds on the other side on a medium heat.
  7. 7Or take a thermometer, when it says 125 degrees Fahrenheit, take this off, let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. 8It's been 2 minutes, flip, we're going for 3 minutes 30 seconds.
  9. 9125, we're going to remove these. We're going to let these rest for 5 minutes.
  10. 1015 grams butter.
  11. 11Six slices of 45 calorie beef bacon.
  12. 12Move your bacon to the side.
  13. 13Six eggs.
  14. 14I'm going with a little pepper over the top.
  15. 15Take your eggs and put them to the side.
  16. 16These bagels are 110 calories and they have 15 grams of protein. They're solo bagels. Soak up the rest of the grease with these buns.
  17. 17The grease is absorbed into the buns for extra flavor.
  18. 18Go ahead and chop up your steaks.
  19. 19Turn to the side.
  20. 20Cut right down the middle.
  21. 21That is looking good. Check out our crusts, nice and crispy.
  22. 22Build your sandwich piece by piece.
  23. 23I do this so it's easier to eat.
  24. 24And you're going with an egg.
  25. 25A piece of bacon ripped in half over the top.
  26. 26I think some honey will be really good over this.
