Throw in a little yellow onion.

Add two pounds of hamburger meat and let it brown up, then drain off the grease.

Season with seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.

In the same skillet, melt a little butter and add two tablespoons of flour, stir together to form a roux.

After it cooks for about two to three minutes, add a cup and a half of heavy whipping cream and whisk until there are no lumps.

Add two cups of cheddar cheese and stir until it’s nice and creamy.

Add the hamburger meat back to the pan and stir together until it’s well combined.

In a separate skillet, toast your buns. Squirt a little mayonnaise on each bun.

Place a bun in the skillet, then add some of the sloppy joe mixture, top with the other bun and toast.
