Directions
- 1Cut a block of mozzarella into small cubes.
- 2Take pizza dough, add a little flour, and form small balls.
- 3Stuff each dough ball with a cube of mozzarella cheese.
- 4Cover a sheet pan with butter.
- 5Place the stuffed dough balls on the buttered sheet pan.
- 6Cut the tip off two garlic bulbs.
- 7Wrap the garlic bulbs in aluminum foil with a knob of butter.
- 8Bake the garlic bulbs in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
- 9Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dough balls on the sheet pan.
- 10In a bowl, combine half a pound of softened butter with chives and parsley.
- 11Remove the garlic from the oven and place the dough balls in the oven for 10 minutes.
- 12Squeeze the roasted garlic into the softened butter mixture.
- 13Mash the garlic butter mixture until well combined.
- 14Add salt to the garlic butter, if using unsalted butter.
- 15Remove the dough balls from the oven after 10 minutes.
- 16Brush the dough balls generously with the garlic butter.
- 17Cover the dough balls with a lot of mozzarella cheese.
- 18Add a lot of grated parmesan cheese.
- 19Return the sheet pan to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- 20Once baked, sprinkle with chives.
