Directions

  1. 1Add 1 cup of dark corn syrup to a bowl.
  2. 2Add 2/3 cup of sugar to the bowl.
  3. 3Add 3 eggs to the bowl.
  4. 4Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  5. 5Add 1 tsp of vanilla to the bowl.
  6. 6Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
  7. 7Add 1/3 cup of melted butter to the mixture.
  8. 8Whisk again until butter is fully incorporated.
  9. 9Add pecans to the mixture.
  10. 10Stir the pecans into the mixture with a spatula.
  11. 11Pour the pecan mixture into a pie crust.
  12. 12Spread the mixture evenly in the pie crust using a spatula.
  13. 13Bake the pecan pie at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 55 minutes.
