Pecan Pie
Directions
- 1Add 1 cup of dark corn syrup to a bowl.
- 2Add 2/3 cup of sugar to the bowl.
- 3Add 3 eggs to the bowl.
- 4Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- 5Add 1 tsp of vanilla to the bowl.
- 6Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
- 7Add 1/3 cup of melted butter to the mixture.
- 8Whisk again until butter is fully incorporated.
- 9Add pecans to the mixture.
- 10Stir the pecans into the mixture with a spatula.
- 11Pour the pecan mixture into a pie crust.
- 12Spread the mixture evenly in the pie crust using a spatula.
- 13Bake the pecan pie at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 55 minutes.
