Directions

  1. 1Combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2Shred two sticks of ice-cold unsalted butter into the dry ingredients.

  11. 11Grab half of the dough from the freezer and roll it out.
  12. 12Using a pizza cutter, cut the rolled-out dough into small squares.

  15. 15Pour the peach and dumpling mixture into a baking dish.
  16. 16Grab the other half of the dough from the refrigerator.

  18. 18Create a lattice design with the dough strips over the peach mixture.
  19. 19Sprinkle the top crust with cinnamon sugar.
  20. 20Put the peach cobbler in the oven.
