Oreo Pudding
Directions
- 1Separate the Oreo cookies from their cream filling.
- 2Place the Oreo cookies into a mixer grinder.
- 3Grind the Oreo cookies into a fine powder.
- 4Add melted butter to the ground Oreo cookies and mix well.
- 5Pour the biscuit mixture into a baking dish.
- 6Spread the biscuit mixture evenly to form the base.
- 7Refrigerate the biscuit base for 15 minutes.
- 8Pour whipping cream into a clean bowl.
- 9Whip the cream until it reaches a soft peak consistency.
- 10Add icing sugar to the whipped cream.
- 11Add vanilla essence to the mixture.
- 12Add the separated Oreo cream to the mixture.
- 13Pour in condensed milk.
- 14Mix all ingredients well using the electric mixer until fully combined and fluffy.
- 15Break some additional Oreo cookies into small pieces.
- 16Add the broken Oreo cookie pieces to the cream mixture and mix gently.
- 17Take the refrigerated biscuit base and add the prepared cream mixture over it.
- 18Spread the cream mixture evenly over the biscuit base.
- 19Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the cream layer for topping.
- 20Decorate with whole Oreo cookies on top.
- 21Freeze the dessert for 2 to 3 hours or until set.
