Directions

  1. 1Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. 2Add peanut butter and maple syrup to the mashed banana.
  3. 3Stir the mixture until well combined.
  4. 4Add oats to the mixture and stir.
  5. 5Add dark chocolate chips and chopped peanuts to the mixture.
  6. 6Stir everything together until all ingredients are incorporated.
  7. 7Scoop portions of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Flatten each cookie with a fork.
  9. 9Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
