2Add seasonings to the chicken: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.
3Mix well to coat the chicken with the seasonings.
4For the garlic sauce, combine 200g of 0% fat cottage cheese, 60g of 0% fat Greek yogurt, 50g of light mayo, 20g of roasted garlic paste, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp onion powder in a blender.
5Blend the mixture until completely smooth.
6Pour the smooth garlic sauce into a bowl.
7Add your seasoned chicken to a pan with some cooking spray.
8Cook the chicken on high heat until golden brown.
9Place the cooked chicken in a bowl.
10Pour all of the garlic sauce over the chicken.
11Add 80g of grated cheddar cheese, 80g of grated mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley to the chicken and sauce mixture.
12Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form your filling.
13On a warm tortilla, add 1/8 of your chicken mix.
14Roll up the tortilla tightly.
15Repeat this process until you have 8 rolls.
16Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
17Give them a quick spray with cooking spray.
18Sprinkle with parsley.
19Bake or air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.
20Store the rolls in the freezer.
21Reheat when you are ready to eat.

Tips
Toast in the pan (optionally with butter) folded side down to seal the burrito.
Allow the rolls to cool before wrapping in foil.
To reheat, unwrap from the foil, wrap in a paper towel and run under water, squeeze off the excess and microwave for 5-6 minutes, unwrap carefully from the paper towel, air-fry or toast in the pan for a couple minutes to get crispy and enjoy!
