Slice onions.

Chop capsicum.

Chop coriander leaves.

Grate or mash paneer into a bowl.

Add sliced onions, chopped capsicum, and chopped coriander leaves to the paneer.

Add salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of Peri Peri Masala to the filling mixture.

Mix all the filling ingredients well.

In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of whole wheat flour.

Add salt to taste to the flour.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the flour.

Add water gradually and knead a soft dough.

Take a portion of the dough and flatten it slightly.

Add some sliced onions and nigella seeds on top of the flattened dough.

Place a generous amount of the paneer filling in the center of the dough.

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it, forming a ball.

Gently flatten the stuffed dough with your hands.

Roll out the paratha evenly using a rolling pin.

Heat a tawa or griddle.

Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.

Cook until light brown spots appear, then flip.

Apply oil or ghee to both sides of the paratha and cook until golden brown and crispy.
