Peri Peri Paneer Paratha

Directions

  1. 1Slice onions.
  2. 2Chop capsicum.
  3. 3Chop coriander leaves.
  4. 4Grate or mash paneer into a bowl.
  5. 5Add sliced onions, chopped capsicum, and chopped coriander leaves to the paneer.
  6. 6Add salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of Peri Peri Masala to the filling mixture.
  7. 7Mix all the filling ingredients well.
  8. 8In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of whole wheat flour.
  9. 9Add salt to taste to the flour.
  10. 10Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the flour.
  11. 11Add water gradually and knead a soft dough.
  12. 12Take a portion of the dough and flatten it slightly.
  13. 13Add some sliced onions and nigella seeds on top of the flattened dough.
  14. 14Place a generous amount of the paneer filling in the center of the dough.
  15. 15Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it, forming a ball.
  16. 16Gently flatten the stuffed dough with your hands.
  17. 17Roll out the paratha evenly using a rolling pin.
  18. 18Heat a tawa or griddle.
  19. 19Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
  20. 20Cook until light brown spots appear, then flip.
  21. 21Apply oil or ghee to both sides of the paratha and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  22. 22Serve hot and enjoy your Peri Peri Paneer Paratha.

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Water
  • Nigella seeds
