Add one bunch of parsley (including stems) into the food processor.

Add one large onion to the food processor.

Add one red pepper to the food processor.

Add a few garlic cloves to the food processor.

Add an optional one jalapeño to the food processor if you like things spicy.

Blend all the ingredients together in the food processor.

Strain the liquid from the blended ingredients through a fine mesh strainer.

Squeeze out all the juice from the strained vegetable mixture.

Add the strained vegetable mixture to the ground beef.

Add 1/4 cup of tomato paste to the meat mixture.

Add spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric) to the meat mixture.

Tips
You can use any ground meat of your choice.
For spicy kebab, add jalapeño.
Make sure to squeeze out all the juice from the blended vegetables.
Flatten the meat mixture on the baking sheet to about 1/2 inch thick.
Scoring the meat helps create individual kebab pieces.
The recipe can also be served over rice with salad and tahina instead of bread.
