Directions
- 1Heat sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Stir continuously until sugar melts.
- 3Cook until light amber color.
- 4Turn off the heat.
- 5Add baking soda while stirring continuously.
- 6Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Flatten it out with the bottom of a greased mason jar once it slightly cools down.
- 8Gently press down with a cookie cutter to create a shape.
- 9Once completely cooled, carefully remove the candy.
