Directions

  1. 1소독된 병에 다크 초콜렛을 넣어주세요.
  2. 2따뜻하게 데운 우유를 넣어주세요 (초콜렛이 녹을 정도).
  3. 3초콜렛이 녹을 때까지 잘 흔들어 주세요.
  4. 4작은 유리 컵이나 머그컵에 내용물을 넣고, 바닥에 탁탁 쳐서 기포를 터뜨려주세요.
  5. 54시간 동안 냉장 보관해주세요.

  • 140 g 다크초코렛
  • 80 ml 우유
  • 90 ml 우유

Equipment

소독된 병전자레인지작은 유리컵 또는 머그컵은박용기 (선택 사항)

Tips

  • 초코렛이 바닥에 가라앉을 수 있으니 녹을 때까지 잘 흔들어 주세요.
  • 기포가 있으면 표면이 매끈하게 나오지 않으니 바닥에 탁탁 쳐서 기포를 터뜨려주세요.
