Bingsu de Mango

Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Mix milk, water, sugar, and condensed milk in a bowl until the condensed milk dissolves.
  2. 2Pour the mixture into a zip-top bag, remove the air, and seal it tightly.
  3. 3Place the bag in the freezer for about 3 hours until solid but not rock-hard.
  4. 4Use a rolling pin to break the frozen mixture inside the bag into small pieces.
  5. 5Serve the frozen base topped with fresh mango pieces and mango sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 splash water
  • 1 spoonful sugar
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 whole mango, cut into small pieces and blended

Equipment

bowlzip-top bagrolling pin

Tips

  • If the frozen base is too hard when you take it out of the freezer, leave it for a few minutes at room temperature to soften.
  • You can add any topping of your choice; mango is used here as both chopped pieces and a sauce.
