Coconut Matcha Cloud

youtube.com
Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Start by sifting your matcha, using the same amount as you normally would for regular matcha lattes.
  2. 2Whisk in 1 tablespoon of milk per serving, followed by an optional sweetener.
  3. 3Add in the double cream and whip up the mixture, ensuring you are happy with the intensity of the matcha before adding the cream.
  4. 4Add coconut water to some ice and fill up your cup about 3/4 of the way.
  5. 5Top it up with the matcha cream.

Ingredients

  • Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Sweetener
  • Double cream
  • Coconut water
  • Ice

Tips

  • Do not add more matcha after the cream, it will clump up in the mixture.
  • Do not over whip the cream, it should be thick and fluffy but still have a runny consistency.
  • The sweetener is optional because coconut water is already sweet.
