1Drop your chicken thighs into a baking dish and spread them out evenly.
2Grab a sauce pan.
3Add 1 tablespoon of ground ginger or ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a quarter cup of cocoaminos or soy sauce, a tablespoon of rice vinegar, and a tablespoon of corn starch to the saucepan.
4Get a can of pineapple slices and pour all of the juice into the sauce pan.
5Whisk the sauce until it's all beautifully combined.
6Bring the sauce to a boil and let it get nice and thick.
7Once the sauce is thick, pour it all over your chicken thighs, spreading it out to ensure they are completely covered.
8Put the baking dish in the oven at 400° for about 35 minutes.
9Serve with a bowl of rice.
10Sprinkle with anything green to make it look fancy.

Tips
Normally the sauce is thickened after baking, but this recipe thickens it beforehand.
If you want a thick sauce, you may need to thicken it again after baking due to chicken juices thinning it out.
