Blackberry Chocolate Cake
Directions
- 1Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 2Add egg yolks and sugar, mix well.
- 3Add cocoa powder, flour and baking powder to the mix.
- 4Pour batter into a baking pan.
- 5Bake the cake.
- 6Cook blackberries with sugar in a saucepan until thickened.
- 7Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese until smooth.
- 8Spread cream cheese frosting on the cooled cake layer.
- 9Spread blackberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- 10Add the other cake layer.
- 11Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top layer of the cake.
- 12Melt chocolate and add peanuts.
- 13Pour the chocolate peanut mixture over the cake.
- 14Cut and serve.
