Strawberry Earthquake Cake
Directions
- 1Mix vanilla cake mix according to package instructions.
- 2Pour in 2 cups of diced strawberries.
- 3Mix strawberries into cake batter.
- 4Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
- 5Mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 2 cups of confectioners' sugar.
- 6Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture onto the cake batter in the pan.
- 7Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
