Grab 2 pounds of chicken tenders and pat them with paper towels so they're really dry.
Crack 2 large eggs into a shallow dish and mix them lightly.
Combine 2 cups of panko bread crumbs in another shallow dish.
Add 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the panko bread crumbs and mix well.
Season the chicken tenders evenly with salt and pepper (about 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 3/4 teaspoon of pepper).
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, let the excess drip off, and press it into the panko bread crumbs to coat it fully.
Place the breaded chicken tenders in a lined baking sheet.
Once half of the chicken tenders are breaded, place the breaded side down into the preheated air fryer basket, leaving some room for air circulation, and spray the top with olive oil.
Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
