Easy Garlic Bread French Dips

Directions

  1. 1Put garlic bread slices on a sheet pan and bake in a 400°F oven for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2While the bread is baking, mix an au jus gravy packet with three cups of water and bring to a simmer.
  3. 3Remove the au jus from the heat and add one pound of roast beef.
  4. 4Once the garlic bread is toasted, use a spoon to make a well in the center of each slice.
  5. 5Add half a slice of provolone cheese to the center of each bread slice.
  6. 6Top with three slices of roast beef per bread slice.
  7. 7Add the other half of the provolone cheese slice on top.
  8. 8Bake for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. 9Sprinkle with dried parsley for garnish.
  10. 10Serve with au jus in small ramekins and a side salad.
