Grab one yellow onion, dice it, and throw it in the bowl.
Add two boxes of Stove Top Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix to the bowl.
Pour in one and a half cups of whole milk.
Add two whole eggs.
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Add two tablespoons of your favorite ketchup and one tablespoon of yellow mustard.
Mix with your hands until beautifully combined.
Line your crockpot with foil, spray with non-stick, and place the meatloaf mixture inside, forming it into a loaf the shape of your crockpot.
For the glaze: combine one and a half cups of ketchup, a quarter cup of light brown sugar, two tablespoons of minced onion, one tablespoon of yellow mustard, two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and a handful of pepper.
Whisk until beautifully combined.
Pour about a half a cup of the glaze onto the meatloaf and brush it to cover the whole thing.
Put the lid on and set the crockpot to low for six hours.
Check it at four hours; remove the lid and carefully remove the meatloaf using the foil, placing it on a baking sheet.
Add a little more glaze and brush it over the top.
Put it under a broiler for 5-10 minutes until it looks beautiful.
Sprinkle parsley on top if you have it.
Serve a piece of meatloaf on a plate and add the rest of the glaze.
